For being a first time home buyer my experience was a bit unusual. I entered the search for a new home with high hopes and pure excitement as most would. I found a house I loved and Chris took over to get me exactly where I needed to be. Everything was smooth sailing until we discovered the house had major problems during inspection. We gave the seller plenty of time to fix the problems but a solution never occurred. We had come so far but both made the decision to pull out of the deal. There was never any pressure from Chris to pursue anything I wasn’t comfortable with. In fact, when first deciding to use Chris as an agent one of the first things he said to me was “I will tell you not to buy 10 houses before advising you to buy 1” and that stood true. I continued looking for houses for months but during the second round I had a lot more questions and concerns (about houses in general) due to how the first search went. Chris was always prompt and honest when responding to emails or phone calls. I finally found a home I truly loved and because Chris’ friendly, professional and dedicated work ethic I became a homeowner. I would certainly and highly recommend Chris to work with for whatever your real estate needs may be.
