Raised in a real estate family in the suburbs of Washington, DC, Chris Thompson has been a licensed Realtor since 2006 and has represented hundreds of sellers, buyers, renters and property managers in a wide array of real estate transactions. After graduating from Queens University of Charlotte where he received a BA in Corporate Communications, Chris returned home to work alongside his dad, building a solid foundation of capability and compassion. Chris took over the team in 2017 and has made a seamless transition to team leader, growing the team with solid agents and helping even more people. In the end, it’s about more than results, it’s a matter of achieving great results and having made the entire experience as pleasurable as possible for our clients! Chris is the area expert and is known as a consistent leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting his clients’ interest. As a lifelong Maryland resident, Chris is extremely knowledgeable about all the local markets have to offer. In his down time, Chris loves to spend time with his wife and 5 kids, traveling and being outdoors.
Patricia ‘Patty’ Vasco

Patricia ‘Patty’ Vasco joined the Chris Thompson & Team in 2015, after retiring from her position as General Manager of a large Homeowners Association (for 15 years). Prior to that, Patty was a real estate agent with W.C. and A.N. Miller in Potomac, Maryland, as well as a Portfolio Property Manager.
Patty has vast knowledge of Homeowner, Condominium, and Office Park rules and regulations, documents, and Architectural Change requirements. Growing up on a farm as well as owning a farm, provided knowledge of farms, farm land, and lots.
To list and sell properties for sellers as well as finding the right home for buyers, quickly, regardless of the market, is her prime objective.
Properly pricing and the ability to assist in staging properties for sale, and vast experience and ability to work well professionally with clients, has provided her with a successful career as a real estate agent.
Dave Blankenship

A lifelong Washingtonian, Dave Blankenship has spent the last 26 years in Montgomery County with his wife and 4 kids. He is an Army veteran and the director of Germantown Wrestling, a youth wrestling program he founded in 2011. Prior to selling real estate Dave worked with Fortune 500 companies all over the United States as a long contract negotiator. His vast contract knowledge and persistence will help make your real estate transaction a success. He is a great addition to the Chris Thompson & Team.
